Colchester Therapy Session is run at Healthworkz: contact us for details on info@tendringstroke.org.uk or 01255 815905 10am to 12 noon- Gym set up with Physio and Rehab Nurse support There may be a small charge for the activities above to ensure we can employ professional therapy staff and hire premises. The team also visit patients at both Colchester and Waverley hospitals Events are held all year round, please see social media for updates.
